National Archives arrival record for Henry Dellefield - this would be the son of Heinrich Doellefeld and his third wife Catherine Elizabeth Dute - from the ship Adler, arriving in New York June 24, 1845 from Bremen. Henry's name is clear enough, but the age in the second column, which ancestry.com has as 13 (meaning born in 1832), agrees, if you read it as 18, with 1827, the birth year we have for him from other sources. In the third column "the same" refers to his occupation of farmer. The last column seems to say he brought one chest with him. Courtesy of Deb Bromley.
Though the last name looks like it's misspelled as Dullwald, this is probably the ship's arrival record for Catherine Elizabeth Dute Doellefeld and two of her sons. It's from the brig Amazonia which arrived in New York on May 18, 1847. It lists the Widow Dullwald age 52, her son Anthon age 10 (should really be 11), and son George age 14. Courtesy of Deb Bromley.
